Papworth Trust 

The houses in Baron’s Way were built in the early 50s. 

 

Existing properties had traditional concrete guttering. The Papworth Trust were looking to maintain these properties by way of roofing works. BSG Property Services Ltd provided a solution by removing the front of the concrete guttering and installing pvc fascias and seamless gutters. 

 

Roofing works were carried out whilst the access solutions were still in place which saved money for the client. 

 

Re-pointing works and the rebuilding of existing chimneys, along with insulation works. 

Elderly people were in residence at Baron’s Way, some of whom had been there many years and were wary of change. All properties occupied and care needed when dealing with residents with disabilities. We were happy to receive the following quote from one of the elderly residents at Baron’s Way
